We DO NOT accept any responsibility for crash damages; pre-flight procedures and methods should be taken prior to flight to check the functionality of all components.
We DO NOT accept any responsibility for improper installation of our products.
The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold or distributed by Nitroplanes.com.
The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. RCJETSWORLD.com DOES NOT accept any responsibility for injury, crashes, damages, loss of accessories, parts and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled models. Excessive awareness and care should be taken when using RC products. Please contact the Customer Service Department at the email/numbers listed above to return a defective item for replacement. We reserve the rights to allow the return of defected merchandise back from the customer at customer's shipping expense. If we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, an exchange, replacement, or refund will not be processed.
Return & Exchange
We will accept the returns of merchandise that were purchased from rcjetsworld.com within 30 days of receiving the items. We are subject to only one exchange per item purchased. Customers must contact us first and get approval before shipping merchandise back to us. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are returned back to us without a mutual agreement. Finally, customers must agree to the following in order to ship merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is proved to have unrepairable defects, and the customer prefers return instead of exchange.
2) We recommend the customer contact us first to discuss the issues.
3) For lost packages we can refund UP TO $100 refund per package.
4) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original packaging (cannot be glued or tampered with in any fashion).
Verification on Orders
As a web based company we understand the need and importance of security. Particular orders are subject to be placed on hold with release pending verification. Any order placed on hold will be immediately contacted with further detail. This may include something as simple as verifying the billing address listed on the order. Once contacted regarding an order with needed verification, a customer will have 10 days to contact us with any additional information.
Rcjetsworld.com offers international shipping to Canada/Mexico via UPS Ground. Please contact us via email/phone to get the quote first. For other countries around the world, we do NOT offer international shipping.
Price & Terms
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. The use of any discount offers such as coupon codes only apply to products and do not include or apply to sales tax and shipping fees. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.
You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.
Backorders / Preorders
We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed.
Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise may be broken into separate shipments, yet are under the same order and transaction. Items on backorder will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the shipments independently.
All items are shipped from our warehouse. The standard shipping methods are Fedex, USPS, and UPS. Fedex orders will only be shipped on M/W/F, and orders have to be ready at least one day in advance.
An automatic e-mail notice will be sent to the email registered with Paypal or provided by customers, once the email label is produced. Customers can also contact us via email/phone about the tracking status.
